How long will it take to build my website?
Typically, for a medium sized custom website, it takes between four to six weeks, from planning to launch. We only schedule a minimum of clients per month to ensure we can dedicate enough time to your project. Of course, the timeline does depend on how prepared you are with your content, and how quickly you are able to respond to each stage with feedback. More robust websites, such as eCommerce online stores, take a bit longer to build.
Ready-made websites are typically ready to launch within 1 week.
How do I pay you?
We take payments via credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfer (if an invoice is requested).
Do you offer flexible payment options?
We recognise that cash flow is vital for small businesses. To accommodate your needs, we offer flexible payment plans across all of our packages.

What platform will you use to build my website?
We work 100% with WordPress. There are hundreds of programmers and developers across the world refining it all the time, ensuring it remains the peak website platform.
WordPress is the #1 content management system that gives you COMPLETE control over your site once the design is in place. This means that you can add pages, update your blog, add photos/videos and change text all on your own without having to pay someone external to do it for you. Of course, we are always available to help, if you are not interested in doing it yourself, but knowing that you can, make all the difference.
What if I need extras that aren’t listed in the website package?
Adding an extra that hasn’t been included in your initial quote won’t be a problem. We’ll discuss the extra functionality and we’ll provide a custom quote. Easy.
Are there any other costs associated with having my website?
There are 3 primary costs to keep your website running:
Domain name: Domain name registrations cost around $20 per year. You will need to renew this every year to keep it yours. We use VentraIP for all our domain name needs and strongly recommend them.
Please note: Godaddy, Crazydomains, Hostgator and Hotspapa hosting and domain servers are known for their misconfigurations and inadequacies, so if you intend to use them, please beware, that you will be responsible for making sure your server is configured correctly ahead of your website launch.
Hosting: A Hosting server is where your website files live. This server allows the internet to find and display your website.

Website Maintenance service: Once your website has been built and launched, its software and all elements, will need to be updated regularly in order to be kept at their latest versions. This will prevent any software incompatibilities, display issues, and will keep your website safe and secure. If you prefer not to worry about updating your website yourself, we do offer Website maintenance service to all our client. We also scan for malware, monitor uptime, make sure you have a backup system in place, and monitor your Google blacklisting status. Let’s chat!
